The eruption of Mount Lewotobi Laki-laki in East Flores, East Nusa Tenggara, has affected Bali’s tourism sector. Volcanic ash from the eruption led to several international flight cancellations, primarily from Australian airlines but the airport is operating normally.

Multiple international airlines suspended their services to and from Bali regarding volcanic ash from the eruption. Jetstar and Qantas to suspend their Bali operations, AirAsia and Virgin also halted their flights to the island and Singapore Airlines confirmed the cancellation of their service from Bali to Singapore.
