Activities Not Allowed with Short Course Visa Single Entry (C9)
- Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
- Selling goods or services.
- Receiving rewards, wages, or any similar from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.
WHAT IS THE REQUIREMENTS FOR Short Course Visa Single Entry (C9)
- Passport valid for at least 6 (six) months (for holders of travel documents other than passports such as emergency passports, documents of identity, etc. must be valid for 12 months).
- Personal bank statement with minimum amount USD $2000 or equivalent the last 3 months period (including name, date of period, and balance account).
- Proof of guarantee from the guarantor
- Proof of registration or certificate as a participant in benchmarking activity, short courses, or short training program from government agency or private institution.
- A recent color photograph.
- Address in Bali.

No, you cannot work or receive payment during your stay under this visa. It is strictly for educational purposes.
You can stay for up to 60 days, and extend up to twice for 60 days each, giving you a total of 180 days (6 months).
You can only attend courses under the same institution and sponsorship stated in your application.
We recommend applying at least 3–4 weeks before your course starts to avoid delays.
