The Invited Event Participant Visa (C10) is a Single Entry Visit Visa for foreign nationals who are officially invited to attend specific events in Indonesia.
This visa is suitable for individuals participating in seminars, conferences, exhibitions, workshops, meetings, cultural events, or government-approved activities, as long as the participant is not receiving a salary or income from an Indonesian company.
Invited Event Participant Visa Single Entry (C10) valid for 60 days start from arrival date and possible to extend 2 times 60 days each until maximum stay of 180 days.

Activities Not Allowed with Invited Event Participant Visa Single Entry (C10)
- Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
- Selling goods or services.
- Receiving rewards, wages, or any similar from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.
WHAT IS THE REQUIREMENTS FOR Invited Event Participant Visa Single Entry (C10)
- Passport valid for at least 6 (six) months (for holders of travel documents other than passports such as emergency passports, documents of identity, etc. must be valid for 12 months).
- Personal bank statement with minimum amount USD $2000 or equivalent the last 3 months period (including name, date of period, and balance account).
- Invitation from the person or organisation directly responsible for the event or events, which explains the details of the agenda and the material to be presented.
- A recent color photograph.
- Address in Bali.
