- Service Scope
Bali Visa Advisor provides consulting, administrative assistance, document preparation, submission support, and coordination with relevant Indonesian government authorities.
We do not guarantee visa approval, permit issuance, company registration approval, or any government decision, as final authority remains solely with the relevant Indonesian government institutions, including but not limited to Immigration Offices, Ministries, and other regulatory agencies.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
- Submit valid and genuine documents.
- Respond promptly to requests for additional information.
- Comply with Indonesian laws and immigration regulations.
- Maintain valid immigration status while staying in Indonesia.
Bali Visa Advisor shall not be responsible for delays, rejections, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information provided by the client.
- Government Regulations
Indonesian immigration laws, regulations, fees, and procedures may change at any time without prior notice.
Bali Visa Advisor reserves the right to adjust service procedures, requirements, processing timelines, and pricing in accordance with changes implemented by Indonesian government authorities.
- Processing Time
Unless otherwise stated, all processing times are estimated in business working days and shall begin only upon confirmation of full payment and receipt of all required supporting documents. Processing timelines are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to government procedures, public holidays, document verification requirements, regulatory changes, or other circumstances beyond the control of Bali Visa Advisor.
We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from delays caused by government authorities or third parties.
- Fees and Payments
All service fees, government fees, sponsorship fees, and other applicable charges will be communicated before processing begins.
Payments made to Bali Visa Advisor indicate the client’s agreement to proceed with the requested service.
Clients are responsible for ensuring payment is completed using approved payment methods and providing valid payment confirmation when requested..
- Refund Policy
Service fees are generally non-refundable once processing has commenced.
Refund requests may be considered only under specific circumstances determined by Bali Visa Advisor, including:
- Duplicate payments
- Payment errors
- Services that cannot be initiated due to internal administrative issues
Government fees, immigration fees, sponsorship fees, third-party fees, and fees already paid to authorities are generally non-refundable.
Visa denials, permit rejections, regulatory changes, or client eligibility issues do not automatically qualify for a refund.
- Visa Approval Disclaimer
Visa approval, stay permit approval, KITAS issuance, company registration approval, and any government authorization are solely determined by the relevant Indonesian authorities.
Bali Visa Advisor cannot guarantee:
- Approval of applications
- Approval timing
- Entry permission into Indonesia
- Immigration decisions at ports of entry
- Future extensions or conversions of visas
- Communication
Clients agree that communication may be conducted through:
- Telephone
- Video meetings
- Website contact forms
Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact information remains accurate and active throughout the service process.
- Confidentiality
Bali Visa Advisor will take reasonable measures to protect client information and documents.
Client information will only be shared with government authorities, authorized institutions, partners, or service providers when necessary for the completion of requested services or as required by law.

- Right to Refuse Service
