Starting September 1, 2025, international passengers arriving at Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Jakarta), Juanda Airport (Surabaya), I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali), and International Ports in Batam must complete their arrival declaration using the All Indonesia Application.

At the same time, the trial phase of this app will be expanded to cover all international airports, ports, and land borders in Indonesia.

What is the All Indonesia Application?

The All Indonesia Application is a new digital system created to simplify the arrival process for international passengers. Instead of filling out separate forms for immigration, customs, health, and quarantine, everything is now combined into a single arrival declaration form.

Passengers can complete the form:

• Up to 3 days before arrival from their country of origin
• Or immediately upon landing in Indonesia

Filling out the form is completely free of charge.

Why is This Important?

According to the Acting Director-General of Immigration, the All Indonesia App is part of Indonesia’s commitment to modern, efficient, and friendly public services.

This system offers:

• Faster arrivals with fewer queues
• Safer data handling
• Accessibility for all travelers, including elderly passengers, children, and people with disabilities

Customs, Health & Quarantine in One App

The All Indonesia App also integrates:

• Customs Declaration (e-CD):
  No need to fill out a separate electronic customs form. All customs-related declarations are included in the app.
• Health Declaration:
  The Ministry of Health can monitor and respond to infectious disease risks more quickly at Indonesia’s entry points.
• Quarantine Declaration:
  Passengers bringing animals, fish, plants, or derivative products must declare them in the app. This step helps protect Indonesia from pests, diseases, and food security threats.

Passengers can complete their arrival declaration by:

• Visiting allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id
• Downloading the app on Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS)
